Job Description
JQOL is seeking a project inspector / rpr. We are actively looking for a great candidate to join our growing company. The successful candidate will work with our inspection team to ensure construction projects our built to not only the design, specifications, and standards, but to the quality that we can take pride in, and the project owners will remember.
The chosen applicant will be involved in a variety of construction projects ranging from new bridge construction, bridge rehabilitation, new road construction, road rehabilitation, and traffic / pedestrian safety improvements to name a few. Our team members will have opportunities to learn new skills, assisting our design and survey departments between construction projects.
The position is open to both entry level and experienced candidates with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
- Work will include all aspects of construction inspection including, but not limited to, daily reports, plan reading, quantity calculations, as-built drawings, erosion control review, MOT review, and testing procedures.
- The chosen applicant will work closely with the JQOL inspection team as well as other inspection partners and clients as needed.
- Candidate may be asked to work outside of inspection for short periods to assist in other areas within the organization and perform other tasks as assigned.
Candidate Qualifications
- Previous inspection experience in Indiana is preferred
- INDOT Certified Technician is preferred
- INDOT Material Testing Proficiencies is preferred
- Proficiency with Site Manager / CIP preferred
- Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point
