The MKSK , WSP, and JQOL team was selected by the NW Indiana Redevelopment Authority to update the Region’s 20-Year Master Plan. The work includes an analysis of utility infrastructure, transportation infrastructure, and the nature of housing / development in the 3 County Region of Lake, Laporte, and Porter Counties.

- Gary-Chicago International Airport plus other air transportation needs throughout the regions.
- Planning of shoreline protection and development as well as pinpointing environmental challenges and developmental issues that may occur.
