Mid-level Structural Engineer

Job Description

• Assist a design team on projects to successfully deliver structural engineering construction documents.
• Review construction drawings, specifications and cost estimates.  
• Assist with the preparation of detailed engineering reports and supporting documents.  
• Resolve technical issues and interface with other engineering disciplines.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure on multiple project deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to see a project through to completion.
• Ability to delegate and manage tasks assigned to other team members.
• Excellent attention to detailing of complex building components.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of various building components and systems of various materials.

 
Required Qualifications

• BS Civil or Structural.
• 3- 5 years working as a structural engineer.
• Registered Engineer in Training (EIT) with ability to obtain license within 1 year.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) is a plus.
• Experienced in working in Revit and BIM 360 required.
