This project is the repurposing of the former Jail II building and Arrestee Processing Center into a mixed-use facility that will include street-level retail, an education component, a co-working space and a second location for The Vogue, a Broad Ripple neighborhood music venue. The Jail II building will feature approximately 130 apartments with a rooftop deck, dog park, and fitness center.
