Job Description
JQOL is seeking a dynamic experienced professional in a BIM Modeler capacity. This individual would have a strong ability to work as part of a team. They would process a strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure on multiple project deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Ability to draft required structures using Revit, a 3D modeling software within a pre-determined time frame
- Produce a set of building drawings concurrently with the Project Engineer, including foundation plans, framing plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Ability to produce PDF project drawings for review by project Engineers for permit or as required
- Ability to exercise independent judgment using technical knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings
- Demonstrated ability to see a project through to completion
- Ability to work under deadline pressure
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD required.
- Minimum 2 year of recent REVIT experience.
- Computer skills - Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience in Bluebeam Revu software required.
